The learner driver is required to make the payment once the relevant lesson or package is booked. The application will process the payment in accordance to the prices that will be displayed on the app.

•    The driving instructors will officially receive their payment after they have completed the lesson or package deal

Once the driving instructor has completed the lesson or package deal payments can be processed. After an instructor has provided the mandatory skills feedback they will receive their payment on a weekly / monthly basis depending on the agreed terms in the initial setup. Transfers will be made to the bank account which is also part of the initial setup process.

•    Rescheduling and Cancelling Sessions

If a learner driver reschedules a lesson, the hours will be carried over the next available lesson automatically. This is in order to compensate for hours that the learner paid for any unpaid lessons are can be cancelled without consequence. If a learner is dissatisfied with a driving instructor and cancels a lesson because of this reason then only attended lessons will be paid for and to either party. The learner driver will have an additional option to carry over already paid fees to another service provider if he/she so chooses.
